Caution: Never use hypnotherapy products, services or audios whilst driving, operating machinery, or during any task that requires your attention. People with Epilepsy or any person diagnosed as having a psychotic illness should not enter hypnosis. Never enter a hypnosis or RTT session whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Clients should never attempt to enter into an RTT session or hypnosis under the influence of alcohol or drugs except those prescribed by your General Practitioner or any Doctor you are under the care of. The session will be terminated without any liability to make a refund if the client ignores this instruction.

Please ensure that you read this agreement carefully as not only does it form the legal relationship between us, it also provides useful information about the practical side of your therapy and coaching. When you sign this agreement or return this agreement by email with your name and the date added (or if you fail to do so, by attending the first session), this document will constitute a legally binding agreement between us.
2.1 Successful sessions rely on your commitment and motivation. When you agree to partake in your therapy sessions, you, as the client, are considered “co-therapist”, which means you agree to be fully involved and committed to the process, which may include self-work if necessary. This also includes attending your sessions, arriving on time, and listening to the audio recording (for at least 21 days) provided to you after the session. You commit to make time to listen and/or practice outside of sessions.
Never listen to audios whilst driving or operating machinery.
2.2 Any digital materials included in the Program require a device that can play mp3 audio files.
2.3 You accept that service is offered on the basis of the information you supply, which you represent and warrant to be complete and truthful.
Ongoing sessions will always be discussed with you, and you will have the right to express your preferences regarding your service plan and timeframe.
Sessions are scheduled for up to 120 minutes for the main RTT session and up to 60 minutes for coaching unless agreed otherwise. All sessions take place online unless otherwise arranged. You may need to complete an intake form before the first session and provide accurate information. Timeliness is important, and if you are late, the session fee remains payable in full even if time is reduced.
At least 24-hour notice is appreciated for rescheduling or canceling to allow others to book. Emergencies (family emergencies, serious accidents, illness) are recognized, but cancelations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full fee. If the company must cancel, notice will be given where possible with no liability. Contact via email or WhatsApp/text is required.
You may cancel the agreement and withdraw at any time, noting there are no refund obligations for unused sessions. The company may terminate the contract for serious breach, dishonesty, or conduct bringing disrepute, without refund liability.
Fees are payable at least 48 hours before the first session. Services are only provided once fees are fully paid, and charges are made in advance for packages.
Hypnotherapy and coaching services are not eligible for refunds, though a free session may be offered if there was an issue. Results cannot be guaranteed and vary based on client commitment.
Clients must be free from drugs and alcohol (except prescribed medications), arrive on time, dress appropriately, and use respectful language. Violent, abusive, or antisocial behaviour may result in session cancellation and termination of future services.
The company will do its best, but outcomes are not guaranteed. Guidance is not a substitute for medical advice; clients should consult healthcare providers for medical concerns. Risks from reliance on guidance or delayed medical care are disclaimed.
Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud cannot be limited. Other warranties are excluded where permitted by law. No guarantee of results, and the company is not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is capped at the amount paid. Claims must be brought within 6 months.
Sensitive information discussed in sessions will be kept confidential, with exceptions for consent, legal compulsion, or risk of harm. Notes may be used anonymously for supervision and training.
Personal data is processed per the Privacy Notice. Intellectual property rights for materials are owned or licensed by the company, with limited licences for client use only. Clients may not copy or share materials, and recordings of sessions require permission. These terms should be read with the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
